I am Gianni Fabiano.
I work with images because they make visible things that are difficult to put into words.
I am interested in connections, transitions, and what emerges between people when they think and work together.
My path
My professional path has led me through different roles and contexts.
I have led projects, designed processes, and worked with agile methods.
and accompanies organizations through change.
At the same time, drawing was always there.
Initially a side issue, later becoming increasingly central.
Today I am combining these two worlds:
structured thinking and visual language.
Images help me to make complexity tangible and to deepen conversations.
and to create a shared understanding.
What motivates me today
I am interested in how people find their way in a working world that is becoming increasingly complex. I believe in collaboration, participation, and images as a shared memory.
My work is not meant to impress, but to support thinking, deciding and moving forward.
How I work
Depending on the situation, I take on different roles. Sometimes the focus is on visually capturing content, sometimes on collaborative development in the workshop.

We will determine together which role makes sense – tailored to the goal, context and composition of the participants.
